I’ve finally managed to unlock my phone. At the beginning I had some troubles with making it work, and I’ve sent immediately an e-mail to ask for advices. The answer arrived several hours later, when they ask my to wait a bit more. After 10 more hours I’ve got my code which it worked.

Phone unlocked… after a while. I don’t think they will deliver the code as soon as it is written on the website for each phone model. I received my code after another 24 hours, nevertheless it worked without problems.

Although I had to wait a couple of hours more than expected, everything worked fine and I-m very satisfied of the service.

It was the second time that I needed to unlock my phone. First time I went to another website, but I spent way more money and I had problems in receiving my code immediately.
